Submit your request
Tell us your idea: theme, size, color, material and reference pictures if you have them. Send your request to info@orientalcc.com.

Quote & Confirmation
We will review your request and send you the price, production timeline and design sketch. You pay a deposit to start the creation.

Handmade creation
The artisan begins handcrafting. Production time is 4–6 weeks. We may share progress photos during creation.

Final approval & balance payment
We send photos of the finished artwork for your confirmation. After you pay the balance, we pack and ship your piece.

Shipment & tracking
Your artwork is carefully packed for delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you.
Important note: Custom handmade art cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect. Minor natural handmade variations are expected.
