This Return Policy applies to purchases made on our website, operated by 2717497 ALBERTA LTD., a corporation registered in Alberta, Canada. Orientalcc is a trade name registered in Alberta, Canada, and operated by 2717497 ALBERTA LTD.
1. In-stock items
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your in-stock item. The item must be unused, undamaged and kept in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund for the product value only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Custom / Made-to-order items
Custom commissioned handmade artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a proven quality defect or damage caused by us. Custom items are created exclusively according to your personal requirements. Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed.
3. Damaged goods on arrival
If your artwork arrives broken or damaged, please send us clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify the situation and offer solutions such as repair, replacement or partial refund. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
4. Final Sale
Limited edition artworks marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Exclusion
We do not accept returns simply because you dislike the handmade texture, minor natural variations, or slight color differences caused by handmade craft and different screen displays. These are inherent features of handcrafted art.
